Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice to reschedule an appointment. Appointments can only be cancelled by phone / email.
We understand that occasionally patients have to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Provided we are given 48 hrs notice we will refund your booking deposit or allocate it to your new appointment time.
Booking Deposit
This is paid to secure your appointment and will be refunded if you cancel giving 48 hours notice. Assuming you attend your appointment this will be refunded at the time of your appointment if your treatment is subsidised by social welfare or will be deducted from treatment costs should additional treatment be required. Please note we do not provide treatment under the medical card scheme. If your treatment is not subsidised by social welfare then the deposit will be deducted from your final appointment.
€75 Hygiene Booking Fee
This will cover one visit with our hygienist. If treatment is subsidised by social welfare (entitled to one scale and polish per calendar year), then you will receive a partial refund at the time of the appointment.
Please note you must have had a dental check up at Corabbey within the last 12 months in order to book a hygiene appointment.
